Our story

SITAF was born in Ti­ci­no in 1961 pro­mot­ed by the founder Ric­car­do Quadroni. From the 90s un­til 2015, the com­pa­ny was suc­cess­ful­ly man­aged by An­drea Ger­vasi­ni and from 2016 the man­age­ment was tak­en over by the son of the founder, Luca Quadroni.

As a small com­pa­ny it has grown and es­tab­lished it­self by demon­strat­ing com­pe­tence, re­li­a­bil­i­ty and flex­i­bil­i­ty. The ac­tiv­i­ties of­fered have also evolved over time in or­der to bet­ter cov­er the needs of their cus­tomers. To­day, SITAF is a ref­er­ence point for Ti­ci­no in the sec­tors of wa­ter­proof­ing roofs, roofs, coats and ven­ti­lat­ed fa­cades, fire pro­tec­tion, as­bestos recla­ma­tion, spe­cial ren­o­va­tions and resin coat­ings.

In par­tic­u­lar, thanks to its mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary skills, SITAF is more able than oth­ers to of­fer 360° ser­vices and works for the ren­o­va­tion of build­ing en­velopes: from de­tailed de­sign to ex­e­cu­tion.

With its tin­smith­ery work­shop, over 1,000 m2 of ware­house, mod­ern equip­ment and ma­chin­ery as well as reg­u­lar­ly trained and up­dat­ed staff, SITAF is the ide­al part­ner for the re­al­iza­tion of im­por­tant projects both small and large.
